BACKGROUND 

Our products can be sent to any location of the peninsula and Balearic Islands, for now we cannot make shipments to the Canary Islands or Ceuta and Melilla.

All our orders will be processed within 24 to 48 working hours from the time of purchase. The delivery period shall be 24 to 72 working hours after the shipment has been processed.

Therefore, from the moment the purchase is confirmed, you will receive the order within a maximum of 5 working days at your home or at the collection point, depending on the delivery option chosen during the purchase process. These deadlines are subject to exceptions for reasons beyond our product management.

The shipping costs are subject to the fees contracted with the company Correos, those orders exceeding 60 euros are free.

DEVOLUTIONS 

The FARMACIA ROMERO team want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases and to have full confidence in us, so at all times we will facilitate the return process if you are not satisfied with the product.

The return period is extended to 15 calendar days after the product has been received. For this purpose, the customer must contact FARMACIA ROMERO by email or Whatsapp, informing about the products you want to return and the reason.

The return request date is applied at the time the customer gets in touch with us. We always try to answer as soon as possible, at home that you have written to us within 15 days and our response you receive later, there would be no problem. The return shall be accepted if the other conditions are met.

The product will have to arrive in perfect condition, without having been used. Under the same conditions and with the same packaging that was sent (labels, product protection material...)

The refund of the amount paid for the purchase shall be carried out as soon as possible after we have received the product within the period of return and under the same conditions of purchase.

FARMACIA ROMERO reserves the right to refuse a refund if it does not meet the specified conditions. If this situation arises, it shall be notified that the order is not subject to return. And the return costs must be paid by the customer.

CHANGES 

No changes can be made as such. To make a change of any product you will have to return the unwanted product, following the steps explained above and proceed to make a new purchase of the desired product.

Only in bad condition or broken products will be returned at the time of receipt of the product, not taking charge of the damage that may come from the use and wear of the products.
